Tooele Marketing AI Assessment · Product No. 01

Some people call it an AI audit. You'll call it Tuesday afternoon back.

A recorded 45 minute call about how your week actually goes. A report that names the three to seven tools that take the repetitive work off your desk, what each costs, how long it takes to set up, and how many hours it gives back. Then a walkthrough so it happens.

How it works

Three steps, and no homework for you.

You do not fill out a spreadsheet, export anything, or read a manual. You show up to one call and talk about a normal week. The rest is mine.

  1. Book and pay

Pick a slot. I send a short note on what to have in mind: yesterday, the tasks you dread, where work piles up, and what you have tried to automate before.

  2. The discovery call, 45 minutes

Recorded on video with an AI notetaker so I never look down to write. My question bank has 15 to 20 questions, the last third written for your industry. When an answer is interesting, I say "tell me more."

  3. I build the report

The transcript goes through my own analysis process and two AI tool directories. I vet every recommendation against what I have actually set up for clients, and swap anything that looks good on paper but is wrong for you.

  4. The walkthrough, 30 minutes

We go line by line. Every tool gets a why, a price, a setup time and an hours-saved figure. We switch the first one on together before the call ends.

  5. Four days, then your call

The quick-start plan is one small action per day. After that you implement on your own, or you hand me the list and I build it. No obligation either way.

What is in the report

A document your boss can read in ten minutes.

Multi-page, plain English, built to be handed up the chain. It is designed for the person who has to approve the budget as much as for the person who has to live with the tools.

01

Executive summary

Three short blocks: the pain (what is eating the week), the outcome (what changes when it stops), and the opportunity at a glance, in hours per week and dollars per month.

02

Impact versus effort

Every pain point from the call, plotted. We start in the high impact, low effort corner.

03

Tool recommendations, three to seven

Each one: the exact pain point, the tool, why it fits you and not a generic business, complexity, monthly price, setup time, and estimated hours saved per week. Most are plug-and-play or under 30 minutes of setup.

04

Four day quick start

One small action per day, in order, so nobody is staring at seven new logins on a Monday.

05

Financial impact

Hours back per month, tool cost per month, and the net at a conservative hourly value. The arithmetic is shown, not hidden.

06

Approved today, worth requesting

If you work under an approved-tools list, every recommendation is tagged with which side of that line it sits on.

Want to see one before you buy? Read the illustrative sample report, written for a field recruiter, with every section filled in.

Do the math

Your numbers, not mine.

This is the same arithmetic the report uses: hourly value, times hours saved per week, times four, minus the monthly cost of the tools. Move the sliders. Nothing here is a promise. The promise is the guarantee above.

Reports assume a conservative hourly value for an owner or senior person. The assessment itself is a one-time $999 per person and is not included in the tool cost.

Who it is for

Built for teams with moving parts.

The sweet spot is three to a hundred people, with enough handoffs, follow ups and forms that some of it has quietly become somebody's whole afternoon.

Recruiting and admissions

Teams that live on the phone and in schools

  • Text-based pre-qualification before the first call
  • A daily "who needs a touch today" digest from the prospect list
  • Eligibility questions answered from the regulation, with citations
  • Flyers and posts in an approved voice in minutes
Owner-led local business

Contractors, clinics, shops, agents

  • Missed calls answered by text in seconds
  • Quotes and invoices drafted from a voice note
  • Reviews requested automatically after every job
  • Inbox triaged before you see it
Offices and agencies

Insurance, real estate, professional services

  • Weekly reporting assembled without a spreadsheet Saturday
  • Meeting notes and follow-up emails written before you stand up
  • A knowledge base that answers the same twenty questions
  • Onboarding paperwork that fills itself in

Not a fit: a solo operator with no repeatable work. If your week is different every week, there is not enough to hand off yet, and I will tell you that on the free fit call rather than take the $999.

Pricing

Three ways in, no surprises after.

One-time prices. Tool subscriptions are yours, paid to the tool, and disclosed in the report before you switch anything on. Implementation after the walkthrough is optional and quoted separately.

Questions

Asked on almost every call.

Is this the same thing as an AI audit?

Yes, and I do not use that word on purpose. An audit is something done to you. An assessment is a conversation about your week that ends with a list of things that give hours back. Same rigor, different mood.

We can only use approved tools.

Understood, and common in government, military, healthcare and finance. Tell me what is on the list. Every recommendation is tagged approved today or worth requesting, and the quick start only uses the first group.

Do you sell the tools?

No. I do not take commissions and I do not recommend anything I have not set up myself or vetted against a tool I have. Subscriptions are between you and the tool, and the prices are in the report.

What happens after the walkthrough?

Nothing, unless you want it to. Most people implement the four day plan themselves. Some hand me the list and I build it, quoted separately. The report is yours either way.

How is "five hours a week" measured?

Each recommendation carries an estimated hours-saved figure based on what you told me it takes today. If the total in the report is under five hours a week, you get a refund. You do not have to prove anything.

Can you assess a team, not just a person?

Yes. The Team tier runs individual calls and produces one rolled-up leadership report on top: shared pain points, shared tools, and the changes that belong in a procedure rather than a person.

How fast is it?

The report is in your hands within a week of the discovery call, usually sooner. The walkthrough is booked at the same time as the discovery call so the whole thing has an end date.

Where are you?

Tooele County, Utah. The calls are on video, so distance does not matter. If you are along the Wasatch Front I am happy to sit in your office instead.

Speaking & workshops

Bringing this to a room of seventy or a hundred?

Keynotes and hands-on workshops, including a live assessment on stage. Talk outlines and a booking note are on the main site.

Book it

One call, or ask me anything first.

Book the discovery call and I will confirm scope and payment by email before we meet. If you would rather talk for fifteen minutes first, that is free, and I will tell you straight if this is not a fit.

This opens your email app with everything filled in, so nothing gets lost.
